First node preflowers?

Has anyone ever heard of an Indica plant, any Indica plant, pre flowering at the first node, 12 days from seed? I think I have one. I'll take some pics and submit soon.

This sounds like an auto flowering plant that might be a little ahead of itself.

I haven't personally seen it, no. But then I haven't ever grown any auto.'s. Is the plant getting more than 12 hours of light?

Ah, thank u very much! This is my first attempt, I knew they were stipules but I was confused about the shoots. Thanks for the help, very much. The plant seems to be doing very well.
