Ancient post I know, but in case someone comes across it, maybe it will help their issue The pic of the leaf is not a nitrogen deficiency, and op mentioning that it's also at the top of the plant, ensures it. At week 4 in flower, the plant is needing it's strongest feeds, especially potassium! That's the deficiency shown in that leaf. Nitrogen deficieny starts at the bottom and the leaf will yellow equally all over..with potassium, is when you get the yellowing starting at the edges of the leaf moving in. Hope it helps the researchers
