First time grow please help

Has anyone had any experience using a 300w Galaxy hydro full spectrum? I bought one on Amazon, it pulls about 130-140 actual watts from the wall. Was gonna use it in a 1.5x2.5x3 lighthouse hydro with reflective Mylar grow tent with scrog. Will this work for growing with only 3ft vertical space? Planning on growing 1-3 plants under it. Really as many as I can fully grow to their potential with this light

3 feet is very limited. First off pots are at the least 8 inches or so. Then he have to add I the distance for the light itself. Then you have to leave enough distance to keep off your girls. I'm not sure about led lights and heat but 3 feet is VERY limited.

Yeah I sent it back. I'm gonna get the 5ft one you think that's enough?

Yeah it's better. I have a 3x3x6 ft and a 4x4x6.5ft. Leaves plenty of room for larger pots height wise.
