You should not move so fast... make one change and then wait a few days for the plant to adapt to it. Too many changes at once can confuse the plant and cause stress.

I know this might seem like a silly question, but are there drainage holes in yor pots/buckets? Your first pics look like your plants are in plastic buckets (especially the blue one) instead of flower pots. If you don't have enough drainage, that's a big problem.
