I got a portable ac and attached the boxed ducting I made and ran it into the tent hopefully controlling the temps so I went ahead and kicked on both lights.

This is the temps at canopy levels since I've turned on and lowered the lights. I put my hand under and adjust till I feel no heat .
Water levels are great now sitting at 68 and the bucket on the left is further away from the duct so it's a degree higher happy with the ac added in.

Your low humidity looks way to low , for veg should be at least 60%. Also your high temp is too high really shouldn't go about low 80s

Your humidity is fine, your ph is fine... total BS... don't concentrate on keeping it all the same, and btw, if you can swing it, even in veg stage, plants grow faster in drier air; you just have to keep it well watered and feed the right nutrients. In time, you will find a nute solution that keeps itself at a constant ph, without adding ph up or down. I have three solutions that I cycle throughout the entire life of the plant. Also, plants tend to change the ph themselves (only somewhat) to the ph they prefer.

Okay yeah that makes sense I was focused on keeping everything the same but I get it now.

The plant btw is an autoflower so it just popped its first pistil does that mean I'm flowering now ?

Also what do you mean if I can swing it ?

Yes, it is flowering now... autos perform best if kept in lighting 18 hours on - 6 hours off
What I meant was, it is very challenging to keep up strong momentum when it is dry... when it is dry, more water vapor transpires quicker, therefor the plants takes IN more water and nutes are along for the ride... feed it the CORRECT nutrients to get this right. Use an all-purpose solution (one for veg AND flower)

correct PH and humidity is definitely not BS. And by saying keep humidity 50% you are proving the point. 50% is in the safe zone but in the low 20s which is what was shown definitely is not and wide swings are never good for your plant. For humidity maybe invest in a humidifier.

I grow in a 7 unit 5 gallon recirculating system with water temps at 79 to 88f. No root rot or messed up water. Haven't done a rez change in 81 days (since flip).

Hydro guard works greatly. I have z7 but still have never used it.

Am also using GH trio, big bud, bud candy, overdrive, and calimagic. Air temps have ranged from 77 to 93 (my account broke which is set at 80 for the whole house).

Some of these are like 10 days old or almpst a week old.

Wow they all look beautiful imma def check out your grow

Thanks! I had my ups and downs like anybody, but the end result is gonna be epic! Btw that's 3 plants you see covering up the canopy. 2 different plants I harvested as they lacked light (before I upgraded the lighting) and were poor results (3 to 4 grams from 1 plant, 21g from the other).

Bucket change today fresh nutes and water.
2Gallons both buckets

Critical purple auto day 32
Ph 6.57
Ppm 693
Water temp 69.8 °F
3ml of micro,grow,bloom
15ml of calmag
2.5ml of photo plus, rootdip and regen-a-root

I did ph down to 5.8 both buckets but they just jumped up in a couple hours

Couple questions first what's your tap ppm? Mine is 200 and I was having large pH swings I decided to get GH micro for hard water and it has really stabilized pH.
Also how much air gap is between basket and water?? Those leaves are drooping like it's being over watered, there should be a gap or roots will drown.
Lastly I believe you said you had hydroguard or Z7? Are you adding then to water? Because your lower roots are looking a little slimy, could be start of root rot. I would add those ASAP.

What's up Midnight my tap ppm is around 190, and that's what i'm using as well for my nutrients the micro grow and bloom from GH.

The bottom of the net pots are 2 inches away from the water, there is 2.5 gallons in a 5 gallon.

im also using hygrozyme for the water i was told its just as good as the hydroguard and z7, it says to use 8-10ml per gallon but i only added 5 per gallon thinking it was overkill.

the roots are a little tangled from the stones i guess but i felt the roots they arnt really slimy.

should i lower water level and go back to 2 gallons?

Hmm, keep an eye on it. Agreed on 2 inches below net pot. If the brown look continues to build up you definitely need to use hydroguard. If it worsens, your anti-rot hygrozyme isn't working :p

I would also recommend ordering some h202, its excellent to kill everything so you would dump out water, add in plain water with the h202, let it circulate for a good while then dump that and refill with nute water. I've never used it, just read about it a few times in the past with people having rot and needing to clean it off/stop it.
