First time grower looking for help with when to harvest 2 plants

Ok so I will harvest her very soon.
I have run into a new problem.
I assumed since both strains are suppose to flower 8+ I would be harvesting both plants at the same time.
Now that will not be the case.
My kush is at least a week away.
The plan was to cut and hang in the grow room. Now I have no plan & am not sure where to hang.
Anyone run into this problem before?

I cut a bud off and scoped it.
I am ready to start cutting now, but will wait if you all think that is best.

Looking at those trichs, you're close but not close enough. You want to wait for those trichs to turn milky whiteish, with about 10% of them amber.

It's not days away, but a week or two, maybe three.

Ok.
I thought I was much closer. I have 2 plants and was doing the feed till harvest method and the White Widow which we are on has been getting water and molases.
Sorry Emilya, I wanted to experiment a little.
So the White Widow has been definitely into her reserves as I see it in the leaf color.
What do you all recommend I give her?
Start her back on the FF trio she was on for week 8?
Thanks.

I don't agree with MV after seeing the buds. Trichomes can turn in a day. Keep checking... I bet it happens fast when it does. There is no justification looking at the bud shot to think that we are more than a week out. If you are going to second guess yourself every time someone makes a comment you are not going to get much sleep at night. Watch your thrichomes, and when they start turning, know that they will continue to turn through harvest and into drying. Also, MV's suggestion of 10% amber was way in excess of what most of us do, when we pull at 2-5% amber. It is all a matter of personal preference, and frankly, if you wanted some strong heady pot with very little couch lock, now would be the time to harvest.

Hi Emilya,
Here is a pic of my latest scope.
I took a piece of a little lower bud.
Do you think it's ready to harvest?
Thanks.
