hi ppl i just got a grow tent its 100x100x200cm and a 400w hps im 16 day in to grow from seed now.
and wond like it if you cud help me on my way. i will add sum pic

I have topped all 3 now and am going to spread them out for big yields

You may be able to lower your light reflector more. Place your hand underneath the light to the point you can not feel any heat from it and move it above your canopy to that level, raise the light as your plants grow.
