First time grower

My questions is simply this i am running a kind k5 xl750 in a 4 x 4 x 8 gorilla grow tent i also am using co2 exhale bag. does anyone have a idea on what to set the light settings to. i had light stress so turned them down to 20% but now it seems they stopped growing. my temps are 77.5 and humidity is at 65% the light is hanging all the way at the top about 18 inches from top of tent?

But this is the one that has shown signs of light stress or cal/mag which from what i understand kinda go hand and hand

Running now at about 7.5 feet of ground so like 6.5 away from plant canopy. have settings on 30%red 80%blue&white

this is the height i moved it to once i noticed tips of the leaves.

I would think they could take more light than that.

Turn all the dials on that lamp to max and hang it 15'' above the plant.

Those CO2 bags will make 0,2% difference if you have twice as much light, in your situation they're a waste og time and money.

You don't have light stress, if anything it's lack of light, but you probably have to look under the plant if something is wrong.
