first timer and have a question about lighting

I live on an island out in the middle of nowhere and growlights arent that easily excessable. So I have been using both a fluorescent bulb,CFL (the kind you use in regular light fixtures to replace energy consuming regular light bulbs) and a regular incandescent bulb as light for my little plants that are only about 2 inches high so far. I know this is not preferred but will it work untill I can get better lighting?

Get more compact fluorescents or tubes. The incandescent bulb is doing nothing for you.

yes, get more CFLs (fluros).
those tubes are good enough for veg, but i would use something else to flower with
