First timer looking for lighting advice

Quick question brother. Which one of these lights would be the best? One of the perks to working in the oilfield or should i say was one of the perks. I forgot i had those lights around. Thanks again for all you guys help. I really do appreciate it. I hope im not getting under anyones skin with all the stupid questions

buy cmh lights if u like dense rock hard quality buds..

630 cmh in a 5 x 5 netted me 15 oz of smoke from only 2 plants i lost 2 - males and pulled..

im very impressed
