Isn't yellowing of tips nute burn? Or is that something else. Really got a lot to learn. Am grows how tall would a DIY greenhouse have gone if I need to make one. Yours sees cool but super tall or do they need to be that big.
Hey lab thanks. I don't think, but I don't know its liquid fish by maxicrop. I got it a hydroponics store. He said it will do great. I be also read about frets that are 5.3.3 for example would I want to move up to that, or stay were I'm at for now. Again thank you. You people have been a ton of help. I'm excited to learn this stuff.
My greenhouse is probably 4 feet tall and pretty big around but i think my plant will be too big for it in 6 weeks or so... Even after digging a hole for the pot I just think it's going to get really wide after transplant
Bigger rootball = bigger plant - remember that
But digging a hole for the pot to sit in would be a good idea cause it cuts down on overall size
different strains grow different heights, then throw in grower techniques and pot size and it's hard to give you an exact measurement
It's totally up to you, I can give you a step by step making it if you need..
And watering you need to get good at, once you water wait about 30 seconds for excess water to run out the holes in the bottom, then lift the pot up and feel the weight and remember it, check it once a day and you will notice it getting lighter, once the weight is around 20% of the original watered weight it should be ready for more water
Hard to tell anything from this picture. The leaves just look white to me. Did you take all of the miraclegro soil out and start fresh? If not, then that could be your problem....Just guessing tho.
DIY GREENHOUSE
(should take 10-15 minutes once the materials are acquired)
1. )get 4 pieces of some kind of metal pole, like an inch think and a foot long
2.) get some kind of plastic piping that will bend to a "U" shape without risk of breaking
3.)get some clear plastic of some sort (if you can find a big enough trashbag that will fit that would work honesly)
4.) place the 4 metal poles equally apart making a square shape
5.) hammer them into the ground leaving about 4-6 inches above the ground
6.) place the piping over one of the metal poles and place the other side of it over the pole diagonally across
7. )do the same with the other piece of platic piping
8. )place the plastic on the frame of the greenhouse you just made and tape (however works for you)
9.) take a step back and be amazed at how truly simple it was to make
10.)place temperature/humidity meter inside and observe the numbers to make sure there appropriate
*adjust plastic from the bottom to lower and raise temperature and humidity as desired
*you can tape or tie the two pieces of plastic piping together at the top for more strength
and that's it, a simple, fast and effective greenhouse
picture from about a week before I put the greenhouse to use (testing stuff out)
picture from the day I put my plant in the greenhouse

epsom salt, known as the salt of the earth increases chlorophyll production, which is what makes plants green as well as increases magnesium levels
people use epsom salt for plenty of things as well, from soreness in your hands or feet, broke fingers or toes and ive heard of it being used as a beauty thing but i'm a grown man so i didnt look into that lol
the white stuff on the ground of the green house is diatomaceous earth, it kills crawling insects that like to eat your leaves
Epsom Salts are Magnesium Sulphate and a natural source of magnesium for plants. Epsom Salts when used with a calcium source can be used to supplement and maintain a proper calcium to magnesium ratio for plants where either water or soil are pour in magnesium. Epsom Salts can be used at 1-2 teaspoons or 5-10 millilitres per gallon to treat magnesium deficiency's in cannabis plants.
I guess I'm at the point were I need to see what she's gonna do. I'm am gonna purchase a stronger npk fert . I want her veg really good. Gonna also pic up worm casting. Thinking of going with the 5-3-3 on the ferts. Any suggestions.
So I have a two gal watering can. So I could use how much of this should I use. When or what week would u start this, or dose that depend on your soil mix, or if the plant sick
When your plant is 4"-5" tall and has 5 nodes of growth I recommend starting 1/4 strength vegetative nutrients and progressively over multiple waterings increase the strength until you are using full strength nutrients. The amount of nutrients your plant will require supplementing is based on how nutrient rich the soil/soiless mixture you grow in is. Can you take some current photographs of your plant?
Check the website of the nutrient line you are using, hopefully they will have some info on their site for you. If not please post a pic of the nutrients you are using.
dunc014...another good source of Mg is langbeinite, often sold as Sul Po Mag. Will give you Mg and Sulfur plus a good source of potassium. Your 5-1-1 is probably a little short on the K.
Thanks. I'm gonna go to the hydro store today and get a 5-3-3 ferts. I will update the pic of her tomorrow. I have two plants and there about the same size. Just watered this morning. Used one cap too a gal and half. Bottle says one cap per gallon. I did some research o. The Epsom thing some say its good some say it isn't. Lots of the post said its good in a spare moment when she's lacking magnesium if I remember right. Hell that was last night though lol. Read read is what I've been doing.
