First timer question about repotting?

I'm on the 11th day of flowering and my plants are in 1.66 gallon pots. Would it be safe to move them to bigger pots right now or just keep them in the 1.66gal pots.

if it was me and i thought i was at risk from being root bound in that tub i would part fill my new pot, then cut the bottom off my old pot and stand it on top of the new soil, then surgically remove portions of the old pot and top up the soil as i went...pretty sure thats the gentlest way to do it.
