I've recently just set 1 up for myself a 1m x 1m tray.

Anyone had any experience using a flood table? any known problems to look out for?

how deep should i fill the table and for how many times a day?

I've place plants that have just sprouted into the system with a very low seedling nute mix will these be ok? should the whole rockwall cube get flooded or just the bottom half?

only big problem is possible pump failures....always keep an extra pump on hand.
I dont use rockwool...I use Hydroton and net pots but the process is identical
Set the depth 1/2-3/4 of the height of your media ....in this case rockwool
How many times a day is subjective....at least 5 times a day in the beginning. I flood mine 15 mins 15 min off and I have awesome results..but Im using hydroton....rockwool holds water longer.
Keep the nutes low in strength for fist 7-10 days and increase to your nutrient recomendations

I think i have the cubes to high, i'm going to take all the pebbles out and start again.
