No.

Number of plants doesn't really mean anything without stating the growing method.
Are you talking about SoG plants in 3L pots with no veg time or ScroG plants in 40L pots with +8 weeks veg time?
Your space will fit +50 of the first and 1 of the last.


At the very least you need 400w HPS for that space, and to fully saturate it with enough light to flower cannabis optimally you need +1000w HPS.

I cut all the extra leaves off this is harvest and I have more going right now .
