Is there anyone interested in the opportunities when this happens in Florida? While no regulations have been written and the vote has not yet taken place, I would like to get with others who have an interest in forming a co-op or corporation when it does pass. I'm open to all who have something to contribute.
In my opinion, a corporation would be best where shares could be bought according to ones financial means. Sweat equity will not pay for needed assets. As it stands now, a CBD law reg's are being drafted and a licenses will cost 150k with a 500k bond. And this is only for CBD. I can hardly wait for the lunatic bastards to write the MMJ reg's.
No way I'm going to be able to swing by myself, so I thought I'd start here. While it's true I could start a corp. and do a private placement with a investment banker, I've pick here to see if there is any interested people.
I look forward to seeing what happens.
