Fluorescent lighting.

I'm trying to grow some plants under fluorescent lights. I need to find out how many lumens, if full spectrum, sunshine, sunlight 5000K. Or daylight, daybright 6500K if that is enough? How close should the lights be from the plants how many hours a day and what should the temperature be at.
If you could let me know I would appreciate it.
