The deal is when the flowers get dense to the point where moisture cannot escape they will mold. They don't even have to get wet, high humidity will do it also.
Do you think that Canna pk 13/14 will hurt the leaves? I'm approaching week 7 and am not sure if it will burn them. Heck knows I don't want to destroy my solar panels.
