Foliar Feeding

What do you use and how often? I have been spraying vegging and flowering plants with just ph'd water and wanted to know if I should be using my nutrients instead of plain water. Any help would be great.

You can foliar feed with many different things.

Is it ok that I foliar feed budding plants with just ph'd water though? They are 8 weeks in and seem to swell and let off the most incredible stink after I get done. Before i put them back in the closet i make sure they have dried off a bit and the humidity in the room never gets above 55%. The first time I had plants I didnt foliar feed at all and they were shitty. Now that Ive been doing it it they look way better so Just wanted to ask some people with more experience on the matter. Cant find the answer anywhere I look.

8 weeks into flowering? I wouldn't recommend foliar feeding even with just water because you don't want to invite mold or bud rot into your room.
