Hiya SO,
I'm not letting the ladies get so tall this year. Too hard to handle! Last year, one carnival went over 9 1/2 ft. I used a step ladder to get the botrytis off. Try using a step ladder in soft soil, lol. So, not again. Covering - I don't put up temporary shelter. What I lose in rot isn't worth putting up a tarp. I get way more than I need or even want, so not a problem. I'm hoping to have the CBD C&C done before bud rot season, so I'll find out how mold resistant the Durban Poison and Moose and Lobstah are. Still working on building up soil (two years new plot, more sun)with selfmade compost, and worm castings.

I'm going to learn to keep them lowish this season too. Close inspection and removal of the rot is the way to go I think, but no more ladders for me either in soil. That will be a fun challenge. Do you make a mostly water only soil?

Well I guessed right. The 2 last to drink were showing the slightest sign of wilt this morning so I gave them a drink. It was on the 6th day from water.
10ml bio thrive/gal
10ml camg/gal
6.5 ph
I'm only able to get these pots to hold about 3/4 or 7/8 of a gallon regardless of how I lay it down. It's much different than the Michigan mix that I'd be able to soak at least 2 gallons before a drop of runoff. Interesting and baffling. I think it's time to see the old man at the grow store for a nugget of soilless watering wisdom. My question is, how is it that a plant will take up 3/4 gal in this soil in 6 days, and 2 gallons in another soil in the same time? I'm not sure I need an answer to that but that's the question of the day.
Here they sit today. First is the CBD Cream and Cheese. Lots of third gen nodes(colas)
And the crazy Strawberry Cough. She's going wild in all ways.
White Widow next. She's a bit slowish in vigor but is healthy looking and I wear a helmet when I water her in case she decides to explode with growth.
Last is Gorilla Bomb the smallest of the bunch, and healthiest looking maybe. Slow is her middle name these days. It's all good.
I'm still getting the feel of things here and my thoughts are going to "when the scrog timing is going to be right". Not yet. I want to strip the leaves off them next. I believe they are healthy and will react well to it, I need to see them through another water period or two to verify. Then it's strip down and get the light on those bud sites as they stretch. Having mixed chemovars in the tent is making it a challenge to figure timing. As usual I'm thinking if I stay the course and keep them healthy, they will tell me when. Have a Sweet day all.

Hey Joe. The battle is calm brother. Just went out and enjoyed a cigar with some croneys after my dump run and picking up some stuff at the Depot for the clone bucket I'm working on. My neck has calmed down finally so that's good. About to go check the tent. Light on at 2:00pm. How's your saturday?

Oh good. I was hoping someone who hasn't tried it was watching. Excellent health is the priority and I've been having a hard time figuring this set up out but I'm pretty sure it's in line now. One or two weeks and I'll know for sure. I'm 80% sure now.

On t3 s tynole . And 250 mg inflammatorys
Plus side my sugar levels were great at 6.6 last time they were 14 lol
Doc said 20-30 lbs weight lost I can pretty much not be diabetic anymore . Controlled diet excerise .
Just going to drink some beers eat some gummies and see how these t3s and inflammatorys help ?
