Freaks 3rd LED Grow Journal, 4x4x6.5 Tent, Chocolate Cream Cookies: Chocolate Stardawg x Cookies & Cream

LEDs are great, I’m at 900 watts in my 4x4 and that whole puppy glows like it noon all day long, and my 5x5 auto tent is running at 680 from the wall. The buds are rock hard to the point that if you drop it in a table it makes a thud! My friend runs a dimmable 1000w mh/hps setup and he is in awe of the quality my lights produce vs his and the fact that I’m not replacing bulbs every other grow.

900!!! Holy shit lol. She does glow, I didn’t know it was that much though. That’s awesome. 680 makes me feel good about being around 600. I’ll be getting that light in time for flowering so we should be dandy. I’m ok with 400 for veggie time.

Alright! One bean is down. The other hasn’t cracked. It’ll get another 24 hours and I’ll try a different one. I don’t want the two plants to be off by more than 48 hours. Basically just making this post so I have note of exactly when things happen Happy growing!

Sooo, my new LED will be here today. Another cheap one 98$ and apparently pulls 220 from the wall as per a review and has COBs. Looking forward to getting it in the tent!

The other bean popped! 2 for 2. Sweet. Here they are relaxin in their new digs. Got the two mars dropped to 16” above. We’ll see how they react! Carefully watching the moisture in the jiffy pods for the first few days. Watering top down when needed with tap water.

My new light is up! and the little ones have said hello The deliveries should all roll in this week for me to make my rdwc this coming weekend I hope! I’m looking forward to that.

Just got my RDWC put together. Everything came sooner then expected. Quite pleased. She’s been running for a few hours and no leaks! I’m going to be moving the air pump outside the tent when I pick up more airline. For now, it’ll do!

Ssooo.. my res temps are higher then I’d like. 77 degrees. No good. I have a couple of solutions I’ll be attempting tomorrow. We’ll see how it goes. First solution is to move the air pump out of the tent and into the air conditioned room. Cool air into the red will help I hope. Second solution is to plumb this little radiator and fan into my res so it’s constantly cycling though and being cooled. I’m hoping I can plumb it to the outside of my tent as well to get the cool air on it.

Thanks Newty! One step at a time. Hopefully I can battle the high res temps today! The res might have to come right out of the tent. Id like to avoid that at all costs though.

Soooo. It’s the hottest couple days of the year and as you know I’ve been building my rdwc. My logic is, whatever the highest temp I got today was, would be my approximate ceiling. I’m referring to reservoir temps. After a few configs and experiments I moved the res out side the tent. Or should I say, added a res outside the tent lol. I had my old one still around, so I plumbed it into the system. Res temps peak at 72 and I’m fine with that. Most of the time they’ll hover around 68-69. I’m working with a 25 gallon system now. Just over, but for sake of nutes we’ll call it 25. Here is a couple of pictures!
