Fresh from the Co-op

Hi all

Starting my 4th grow here
And this time i waited to get some really good clones from the co-op
Picked up some NYCD clones

These clones where in some rock wool
I have never used rock wool
And have a few questions

this grow will be all organic with Fox farm nutes and soil


1. The roots are out of the rock wool and the bottom and sides..
Is it time to plant.

2. If so do i start with my Ferts or wait a couple weeks?

If you can see roots, you're beyond ready. Get them is soil ASAP so they don't dry out. You can start with a weak fert solution right away if you want, but in my experience Fox Farms has enough nutes to last you a couple-three weeks from clone planting.

You need to be carefull with Rockwoll since it has no nutes, you should include at least a weak nutrient solution with every watering. If you completely flush out the cube with straight water you can kill the plant from lack of nutes. Once the roots work their way into the natural soil it isn't a problem.
