Fudrucker's First Grow Ever! Pineapple Haze & Blueberry In Bubblebuckets - LED

I don't know if it's because I need more light or that I had defoliated so heavily but I feel like they aren't filling out like they could. Flowers are getting a little fatter but I was expecting more by now.

I will be changing water again Sunday and switching to dry Koolbloom.

Pineapple Haze is super frosty and looks to be a bit further ahead than the Blueberry.

Here is the Pineapple outside the blurple light. I'm guessing another week before I flush. Blueberry will be at least 2 weeks.

I have noticed a couple amber trichomes on the Pineapple Haze, should I begin my Florakleen flush now or wait until I am closer to the 30% amber ratio that Id like to achieve?

Would adding a 300watt Mars Hydro Reflector series be an overkill on the lights? Currently running 450w vipaspectra reflector series in a 20x36x62" tent.
