Hey Gang! I have a class full of pupils here, quick run through

second run soil with Docs kit
added another 320w QB so will be flowering under 3 320w's 3000k in a 5x5 Gorilla
vegg is in a 2.5x2.5 gorilla under 2 135w QB's 4000k
strains are
Grape pupil (fem)
Goji pupil (fem)
Napoli Blue (reg)
Dandelion Gum (reg)
6/6 came right up all started in 1 gallon pots and will be flowered in 10 gallon pots

Hey Farmer can you explain how you germinate and plant the seeds ?

Just wondering as many of us do it differently.

I start my seeds in a shot glass or water glass for 12 hr soak. Then into paper towels if no tap root has shown. Then into small 4inch square pots with Promix HP with 15% EWC. Then I usually do straight RO. 1/4 Strength tP. And a Brix Foliar before upcanning to the 1Gals.

I had about 4-5 seeds get “eaten” up by the Kit soil when planting directly into it.

Next I think I will try putting 3/4 Kit soil into the small pot and 1/4 Top layered of the PM HP.

And great idea, so I start by dropping the seeds into a solo cup of water and stick them into the small tent on the seedling mat which I have a thermostat for and set it to 86, let them sit for about the same 6-12 hrs then I wet paper towel with warm water and ring it out wrap the seed and tuck them into a zip lock and blow into the bag a little before sealing, then back into the solo cup( which I think acts as a insulator to keep it warm) and back on the seedling mat. once I see a slight tap root or the seed crack I plant DIRECTLY into the 1 gallons with a dusting of roots and water them in with 1/4 trans. I’m laughing because last run(my first) I planted into solo cups and was basically stepping onto the PH rake over and over again until I up potted into the 1’s!
This round it only took 24 hrs and all 6 were above soil. I also have the humidity dome I leave on with the qb at the top of the tent. I’ll pull the dome once I feel the seedlings have some legs under them and I’ll start lowering the light. I’ll update tonight when lights come on I may pull the dome or give it another day.
I’m really digging the mms gear! Been following his work for a while and had many conversations with him podcasts are full of great info also.
Nothing like what we have here with the crew however! I haven’t had issues starting in the soil, I like your idea also. I’m trying to figure a way to keep soil usage at a minimum so I can hunt through females and males. Sorry a little winded damn amnesia lemon

Also here’s some bud porn from a outdoor plant. So here’s the deal she’s supposed to be a auto flower Northern lights from royal queen. However she is not! Seems to be photo, and has a unique limeade hard candy smell, nothing I’ve smelled before! Also she self seeded gave 2 beans ripped up and that was it. I saved them and we shall see

Smoking some amnesia lemon from my last harvest, a lower nug harvested in March and curing since April 5. Lemon smell is insane and taste to match Happy Friday all and cheers

Napoli blue #2 has both seedlings still kicking wonder of I’ll end up with 2 plants or one will die off and the stronger will take all the nutes? I’m going to let it ride and take notes

a lot of growth from friday, goji seems to lean towards the light when not directly under, and away when directly under! she's going to be a interesting one I have a feeling. in fridays pic grape pupil and goji are on the left I moved them to the center, to put in perspective the growth difference in 2 days. cheers gang
