GC's Perpetual 1600w RDWC/Soil Multi-strain

WHATS GOING ON:
Whats up guys, This grow is a continuation of a journal/grow I started a while back, I plan on updating this one more and being a lot more in depth about everything, with the hope that I will be receiving feed back and tips on what I am doing with the ultimate goal being an efficient method for growing top shelf cannabis.

This is a legal Oregon medical Marijuana garden.


THE PLAN:
The plan is to harvest 2 plant every 3 weeks and always and have two vegging for 3 weeks then move into flower where there will always be 6 plants, each 3 weeks apart in age and being fed different nutes and in different medias, each time using some sort of variation. This is being done to try and find what method will provide the largest and most potent yield. I am going to be growing in both a recirculating deep water culture system I made and in soil, and coco. All using a variety of nutrients but I AM TAKING SUGGESTIONS AND ADVICE on nutrient combinations. Please share what you have had success with yourself.



CURRENTLY GROWING
5 weeks flower: Super Silver haze & Jack Herer
1 week flower: Both Sacafasca
2+ wks from lrg clone: Blackberry kush & Super skunk

ROOM SET UP:

Flower Lights: 2 600w HPS on the ends, 150hps & 240w LED (only really pulls 130 or something like that)
Veg Lights: 4' 8 bulb sun blaze T5.
Ballasts: 2 600w Lumatek
Air: 667CFM 8" Can max fan(probably way overkill) blowing through my reflectors out into the garage acting as exhaust and for Intake I have have an 8" booster fan mounted in the window into a closed in garage with with an air filter on the other side of the fan.
Water: Stealth hydro RO100 water store in an aerated 50gal reservoir on the other side of the window. With a 1" hose coming into the room from the res with a ball valve on the end for east res changes and watering.
Monitoring: wall mount CWP monitor that displays PH/PPM/TEMP (love this thing)

RDWC system:2, 5 gallon buckets attached to a 10 gal mail res which is getting down sized soon. in the main res there is an air stone and a 100gph pump pumping straight from the res into the tube going to the bucket. All buckets are aerated as well.




NUTRIENTS:


SSH/JH: Humbolts own gravity, Snow storm ultra, dutch master A,B, Cal mag, guano hygrozyme
SF: dutch master AB, DM add .27, cal mag, guano,hygrozyme (soon gravity, and SSU
BBK/SS: Gen hydro flora, cal mag, guano, hygrozyme
I water the soils as needed usually every other day or every 2 days.
The reservoir gets a change every 7 days.

Also adding mykos beneficial fungus water soluble mix to the hydro
and mykos soil version mixed in pretty heavily in the soil plants.
Also the soil being used is organic happy frog.

Update:
Super silver haze: ~5week growing superrrrr slow, looking at like a 12 wk flower:/.BUT are currently over 6 feet tall!

jack harerer ~5 weeks,,buds getting really thick, im thanking the gravity!

Super silver haze will not stop growing, That plant is over 6 feet tall!

but the bud sites are super slow going even with gravity and 1150 ppm water.

Sacafrascas have been blowin up! PPMs around 1100 with out gravity or snow storm yet.

Was at the garden today and snapped a few quick pics, shits just blowin up, had to move the lights up over the sacrafrascas after just 2 days!

i may be goin crazy with the up dates and pics, but since I dont live at the grow site, everytime I see them I feel like there is HUGE improvements, and I feel like I should share them here!..oh well, the more pics the merrier..I just with they were higher quality:/


NEW BABIES!
Today I picked up some QUSH clones, its a new strain from TGA seeds, exited to be one of the kinda earlier growers of this strain...
I gotta say though, I was not impressed by there condition when i got them, they are alerady in pre flower, so i gotta shock them back into veg, and at the colletive I bought them from the fools just had the clones in the fron display case getting shitty ass light with shitty house...and the donation was $35 for 2!..never again!

Also I planted them in COCO which is going to be a first. I am going to be using dutch master for base, and there add .27 formula,hygrozyme occasonally, cal mag, and bat guano, and probably some new things like amino blast in early flower..

growth all around, moved the JH up on a stand.

Today was a big day in the garden, Moved my hydrogirls into the system under 12/12 and under a 600w HPS.

Also I made a drip irrigation system for the girls in coco.

My regiment for the girls in hydro, gravity and snow storm will start in 3 weeks.

Heres the drip system, Its powered by a 200 gph pump on low (more like 150gph) with 1/2 hosing T'd off to go to each plant. I have a CAP- ARTdne controller set to turn the water one for 30 seconds every 8 hours...PPMS are at 330

The flower side of the room..full perpetual status now...small medium large!

Update:

Going to start getting into the cloning and vegging game alot more.

Made this areo cloner with 9 spots with the plan to get 9 new cuttings from my ommp buddy who always has nice plants.

These Cuttings are Sacafrasca.

Also Got a new res saving from mixing an extra 5 gallons of nutes.

And a photo from the other side of the window where my res is with RO water and you can see I have a filter infront the 8" buster fan with is what provides fresh clean air to the room. Also my aim compressor is out here to avoid noise and clutter.

Thanks for stopping by dooski, Its been fun so far...I run my temps a little higher than I really should, they tend to be in the low 70s, sometimes I think I suffer from it because my roots are a little darker than they should be...I just having really figured out a way to cool such a small system.

Since you're obviously down to try new things I would recommend using a ice chest for your res. With periodic ice bottle changes the temps can be kept nice and low. I picked up the cheapest 48qt cooler at wallyworld for 18.88 and it been working great in this southern heat. And if you wanted only like a 5gal res you could go with one of those round orange "gatorade" coolers.

Just made this in sketchup, this is the plan with in the next few weeks with my vegging and cloning area.
I am going to have some 2' 5ts under the table above the cloner.
Both trays are going to be working as en ebb n flow systems with each station rotating at 11 day intervals.

The left res will fill the 3x3 tray and the grey right res will fill the 2x2 tray...
Oregon law saws no more than 18 veg plants, thats why every thing is 9.

Super silver haze: 13wks! (convinced the crazy length flower is due to the stress it received during early flower.)

wk 14.5!! super silver haze.

week 4 or 5 for the qush twin, just topped them for the 4th and final time...(clones in aero cloner look like dick shit)

once again these hydro results are making it easy for me to justify a full transition to all hydro very easy..
one of the main nugs is about as fat as my hand at wk 6, and just gunna be dense as a rock!

Blueberry just looking so delish, kinda small, but getting very thick and frosty kolas.

kinda fucked up my sacafrascas this week by going almost 5 days with out watering, its almost as if they got less dense..
watered them hard today, well see if we its not repairable. also all the pistils turned from pretty light color to dark brown just with in the span of drying out, which Ive never seen in such a short time, could just be a sacafrasca thing?...Cons on not living at your garden.

crazy super silver haze just chugglng along, still looking like shit at almost 15 weeks, prbalbe just going to turn it into a concentrate of some sort. keif, vac purged bho, or hash.
