General Hydroponics Full Flora Nova + Perlite Hempy = Trouble?

I've just read that using some of the "organic-based" supplements in perlite Hempy containers can cause root rot, etc. No aeration, etc. My plants are doing fine in week three of bloom, but I just added the Nectar and it set off alarms for me...

I'm using:
Flora Nova Bloom
Diamond Nectar
Liquid KoolBloom
CaliMagic
Floralicious Plus
and now I'm using Flora Nectar, which is where I believe I'm going wrong.

I've seen plenty of grows on here in Hempy style with these nutes, but most of those are Coco based and not Perlite. What is the opinion on this? Am I just wasting my money and risking disease?

No need to worrie , i used the same products with perlite based soil ,should be the same
