I had a great result whole plant drying last year, they big'ish plants and I whole dried for about 3 - 3.5 weeks and then took half a week to trim into jars, they were practically starting to cure at that stage. But for me, whatever I do is nerve wracking that I may get it wrong and get mold occurring. I think too for whole plant drying there must be a conducive environment which I guess mine is, but anyway that's just where I am most comfortable.
I feel ya, I just checked on them after totally “ pot head “ making a almost critical mistake . I left the UVB lamp running for 2 hours . The longest I’ve run it yet was for 30 minutes. Total time for a day is usually 2 hours . They looked fine in fact more frosty so I guess it’s doing it’s job

Damn those tops look great. I can’t remember what mine looked like at 29 days but thank goodness for the journals .as soon as I respond I’m gonna go back and see . I am almost certain I had the lights too low and had my intensity set to high for a few weeks . Unless we get lucky and have another weather day this will be the last day running my UVB lamp. I’ll try hard not to leave it running longer than 30 minutes. In fact I have an alarm set for 8am , this morning first 30 minute session ends .Looks great my friend! Just like your saying patience is most important !!!
Garden looks amazing my friend.These are things that affect ones final outcome. My pots have been sitting on cardboard boxes under the splash Matt inside the tent . It helped keeping pots from contact with cold floors however it did not do anything for keeping pots off the floor . Leave it to me to do something about it at the end of the cycle . Better later than never . I got them for next round however these plants need them , don’t think I’ll see major differences, maybe I’ll be surprised
! My UV is on a digital timer to do 20 minutes every other hour , for a total of 2 hours a day. I have better pics on Do you even bend bro
Thank you brother , I’m excited, I will have to make one more run across the border to get my medicine . 3.5 hours drive and probably close to $200 for two grams of live resin . I’m almost out and I need my sanity . This is why we grow these weeds . To feee us from paying ridiculous amounts for something we can grow ourselves
It’s cool , you made it to the end, I had several people giving me props and suggestions that helped me along the way. By your third grow you start seeing the bigger picture and learn to start gardening like a boss . Emilyas tutorial on watering is priceless IMO , I’ve referred back to it a zillion times it seems . There really is a great community here .

I don’t bend like I should, I have those rubber looking branch holders on the way, I’m understanding opening up the canopy now more than I did . I have a lot of bullshit on inside of all 5 plantsalways something to work on
Oh I know it will be , if I don’t f up my dry and cure I’ll be pressing some fire rosin and posting on grandpas smashing rosin thread again . I think that’s my favorite thread on this site . I pressed some rosin with last grow that almost came out in THCA form. It was glassy almost like shatter . 212 degrees at 2 minutes. I want some more of that ! It was a strain in the tent now , Terp Town. My tall lanky plant in the back that’s loaded with stickiness

They are absolutely dripping with frost , I believe in the UVB lights for sure , I think I had mine a little low and will raise a few inches next round but it certainly helps with trichome production
We all do our best given the parameters we have. Partners, neighbors, electricity.For my third attempt at growing cannabis , I don’t think I’ve done to bad . I’m excited about my outcome so far. Just gotta make it through the dry and cure without hiccups
