That is sad to read mate. 3 plants at worse community sentence or disposal of equipment. Hate this shitty govt and their " only we are allowed to grow" bullshit. The minister who decided cannabis stays illegal because it has no real benefits !! , her husband is the uk's largest licenced exporter of medicinal cannabis. Makes me sick to the core that we have to be seen in the same light as the scumbags who stole your original order ect...
Am glad to see your still upbeat and if it helps , a few years back ( two i think.) A police commissioner made a comment about forces" not looking for" small cannabis grows and them only coming to light because of electricity theft ,which they have to act on !. He said they have no remit to hunt growers and do not have the resources to deal with it either. If they wanted us then they would have to stop dealing with real crime.
Personally i have "come to light" more than enough times over the years and even plucked two seedlings from my windowsill and squished them as two officers were telking me "if we were drugs squad , we would be arresting you now you know?" They did not care at all , i was shocked and relieved. I never had a visit and to this day either( grabbing wood all over and rubbing now !!!). This was an eye opener to the reality of hiw much they actually can do. I also know of a few friends and associates who have been caught with way more rhan i grow and walked with fines from court, and i do mean a few too. Sod it mate , dont worry. They wont bother looking for the scum who did the robbery , never mind all the customers to go through and their items , if you think about it!!. If you lived in a village with no crime at all beside fly tipping then maybe it would be different. Also using for your reasons would carry so much weight in a pointless prosecution route for the c.p.s. Way too busy dealing with " Tommeh" and the Gammons. Lol
Go for it and feel even more rebellious , hey we dont get many chances to as adults.

I love 420 as am a , by choice , stay at home dad , so spend time daily on here. There is so much love and support on here , you wont ever not get an answer to issues arising.

Day 2 - Morning

so am having a problem with low temps, I had done a test run before and the temps where very stable only thing has changed is i added plants very strange, so I lowerd the led light just a little and added a little tube heater, I have set the control to 25c and 60%H. will see what today brings.

Look at that little treasure all snuggled in. She looks perky mate. Saw a frost this morning on the field behind us. Qatch for the night time drop now mate. Even with the heaters ( i use one too) it will be colder by a fair bit with lights off. I have to watch my fresh air intake too now for this reason. Dont want to freeze them with it.

It can inform you of exactly what the girls rat and drink and all of the possible readings are listed. Take a peek , you will be forsee possible issues before they take hold.

Thats brilliant thanks will have a read, where supost to have 4 months of snow starting begging of December, am going to keep the lights on 24/0 I heard arguments on both sides and both say they have good results and I need the extra heat so will try it

I have done it with new seedlings but it can overtire them imo. There are a lot of different light schedules that get punted around , more so on flowering side than veg but the logic and reasoning seems to back each one up !!!!. Can be a minefield to navigate. Its all about the root structure now. Getting them searching and eating. The coty leaf information i was informed of will help know when to start with her feeds. Once she has eaten those rounded little lunch boxes and they yellow and start dying is when to begin with nutes at low doses. It makes a lot of sense watching my Hulkberry overfeeding before they died off. Do love this shit. Lol

The roots started to come out the bottom of the pots today so I transplanted them into the big hydro pots, I put an inch of pebbles in first witched where washed in normal tap water, then filled with coco, I will be doing only two girls now i will start LST in a few weeks, I will only top water/feed until there a bit bigger then get the Auto pot running witch uses bottom feeding, hope the transplant did not slow them down to much but its done now and they can relax in there new homes. I only watered around the seedlings I remember reading something that its better for them but I have also heard its better to water the whole pot until runoff I did it this way because its easer to add more water than if needed, any advise on this would be grate.

The Setup

I have the humidity set to 60% but its showing 75% so I will tweek the GSE Humidity, Temperature & negative Pressure
Controller till I find the sweet spot, will try and find some more info on the controla tonight, there is a YouTube video on how it works but its done in a really bad computer computer voice and its just confusing.

your right mate it is a minefield on every aspect of growing, there are people with different ways and they all claim its the best way I think the only true way to find out it to experiment, but even then it will differ from strain to strain, one of the main reasons I have done 24/0 is to slowly build up my average electricity consumption, I would love to put up a few 1200w lights and do photoperiod seeds but I really don't trust the new smart meters as the cops look for large consumption and the 12/12 patterns or maybe am way to paranoid lol.

Heehee electric companies have no interwst in our grows mate. Money in the bank for them. I have clothes dryer that use 800w and so many household goods do similar. They only have any contact with plod if electric being nicked or odd readings not in synch. I slip out my lizard breeding hobby when in conversations changing companies/payment plans ect..with them. I even genned up a bit of info for my script about difficulty breeding. Never had one in my life but explains usage of electric for long periods if they do look ever.

Day 4 - Morning

So one of my girl's leaves are curling sideways I don't want to worry about every single thing that happens to them but
i can't find an explanation, anyone have any ideas or come across this before

she seems happy, the colour of the plant is a bit different than was in the image I did a white balance on the image before uploading to remove the led pink hue.

My other girl again seems to be happy but has a wired blotching

will keep an eye on things and report back if things get worse

The seeds have all the nutes and goodness in the pod with them to use and now i understand more about those little rounded food sack leaves (coty) i wont feed until they have been used up. Patience here is hard and usually where i get frustrated , minimal contact , nothing to do but watch and worry. She is just laying her stall out ready for the long haul mate . Looking good

It is a good way to go. I started higher because of tje other girls in with them and burnt them. 250( inc tap ppm if using it)
1st week is the water only , then the 250 . Not sure of hiw much to hike myself but will find out as i am in similar position but started at 495ppm. Made up from 75ml canna aqua and a total of 135ltrs tap water, roughly half the recommended dilution rate) I tried the higher ph setting of 6.2 yesterday and they ate over 120 ppm overnight , down to 367ppm , which is the highest amount so far. ph dropped to 5.7 so upped it back to 6.2. Am sticking with that one for a week too. Had deffo worked and is said to help with any cal or mag issues amd also helps cope witb heat. Just a thought.

Day 6 - Morning


Sorry not been on as much as I would like, but at this stage there's not much to update and been busy with life, my first girl seems to not be growing more leaves compared to the other she still only has one set of leaves and can't see any signs of a second set, the other now has two sets, they both look a little sad slight droop in their leaves, I am watering about 300ml every 3-4 days or when all the water has been used up, I will start to fed soon hopefully tomorrow.

will try and get some better pictures tomorrow, am in a bit of a rush am off to the clinic soon for full spine X-RAY and MRI scan

Hi everyone sorry it's been so long it's been a long month and a lot has happend, the main one the grow has stopped, Sorry to everyone following and the people who have taken thime to help, but I will be trying again after Christmas. The girls had been shocked to much due to cold temps 2 weeks after my last post there was no sign of growth, the Min temp on my monitor was at 9c, the hole process form the start was a nightmare, even I know when it's time to call it a day, but with any luck next time it should be a alot better, also I got a puppy lol
