Hi Suntana. The nova does preserve at least some of the terps. Our lab tests published in the Holy Grail thread shows that. I don't have a relationship with Ardent so no pulled punches. I didnt have any better results with their customer svs than anyone else. I use it for the consistency and the set it & forget it ability. Probably had it 3 yrs now. No problems yet. But, I have heard from more than one that they can mess up....probably from turning off early. My advice is to set it & touch it in 30 min to make sure its hot. Dont open it. then touch it again in an hour. If its still hot it's probably doing its thing just fine. Mine has never failed....yet. lol. If it's in the budget, it's a nice thing to have. I like control & consistency. And yes, Canyon and I are still at it.
