Good grow lights?

just wondering what are your guys opinion on the best lights for flowering.
LED and HPS lights. hard to find good opinions on google I want my plants to BLOOOOM

quantum board kits or diy cob led hands down.

quantum is current king.
we have sponsors in @BudgetLED for quantum and @TimberGrowLights for cob.

budget led probably has the advantage at the moment.

i run cob rigs and love them.

I'd say LED Strip lights are still king as they have a much more even coverage.

Then Quantum boards and then COBs

You could build two 2'x2' strip lights at 325 watts each that would cover 5 plants.

Cost would be $400 each.

Or get about 3 of the Budget LED 250w Quantum boards for about the same price
