I am starting up this journal (this one probably won't get updates as often as my NL#5 until it is done flowering. The object of this journal is to document the veg and cloning of Sue who is my Gorilla Glue #7 (second batch of seeds the from the same hermie crop that gave us Gorilla Glue #4). My next cycle is only going to be one or two plants but much bigger in veg so I can take a bunch of clones. Then I will re-re-veg Sue and flower her and my be one other mystery guest while clones root and veg for a SOG but all clones will be vegged to 2-2.5 feet and then topped to 1.5-2 feet bushed out and flowered as a SOG......I theory! Lol

Not going to panic, but after the rez change while checking ph I noticed that the roots had some brown stuff on them. Now if it is root rot I caught it very early. But I am trying to run two 3gal buckets off a single 3w pump and from what I read it could be lack of oxygen in bucket. So if anyone else has any thoughts, fire away. But if it looks worse tomorrow night I will scrap the second bucket that has 2 seedlings in it and try to replant them in soil.

You add any H202 to your water? I do and my temps never really climb above 72 below the top of my pots. Hope it all works out for you, good luck.

Haven't tried that. This is my first attempt at DWC, I'm a super noob on all things grow related. but the people on this site are super friendly and helpful.
I will update tomorrow with pics.

I picked up some hydroguard on the way home tonight. Rinsed Sue's roots(pics above, last pic is Sue. Second pic was seedling roots with more advanced root rot) in ph'd tap water with 2ml of Hydroguard while I disinfected the reservoir, hoses, air stone. This is week 3 of veg so I mixed 100% week 3 nutes + 6ml Hydroguard (2 per gal). I disconnected the second bucket I had so the pump could focus on Sue. Seedlings got transplanted into soil in solo cup and tossed in the flower tent for sexing.

Roots are healthy and Sue continues to grow, currently at 1'11" and I just topped up the rest with fresh nutes. Looks like I'm going to have to top her soon.

Today was topping day. She is 2' after being topped. So definitely at maximum height for my tent if GG stretches as much as people say. She is drinking about 1/2 gal of 100% strength nutes. Hope she fills out enough to get a bunch of clones for the sog

Got 8 Gorilla Glue, 8 NL #5 & 4 J1 cuttings today that are now in the dome. We will see what we have in a week or so.

While cuttings are doing good, I was doing some LST and got a little aggressive. I ended up breaking a good size branch at the crotch of the main stem. It wasn't broken off completely so I taped it up real good and we will see what happens. And I didn't post a pic of the break because frankly I'm embarrassed.

Ok so branch didn't make it so I chopped it. She looked a little sad for a few days but she has filled back in and I sent her to flower.
So far in the Clone Wars; I have gotten 3 of 8 GG#7 to root and the others are still plugging away so we wait.

Clone update: 13 of 20 cuttings (multiple strains GG#7, NL#5 & J1) have roots and so far only one died lol. So I have taken the best looking ones and the rest will be donated to medical patients care providers. I feel this is the best thing to do with them, seeing as Gorilla Glue is a highly sought after strain for patients.

Ok so cloning went well and these are the ones that made the cut so far, and mamma went to flower 13 days ago and is in the middle of her stretch.

While the the GG is still plugging away. I have been kept very busy if non garden issues. The GG I took cutting from is now in flower and the cutting are in 3gal plastic pot and doing well. Will update with pics soon

Ok back with pics. Ex mama gorilla glue is in flower at day 54. I will be receiving my new led very soon, so the next round will be under that.
