i got busted the day before new years eve with some friends of mine. we participated well, didn't lie or anything. we all go possession and paraphernalia, i was the one with the least amount, i only had roaches and my bowl, but it was my car. so now my court date is coming soon and i was just wondering, do they drug test in court? i dont think ill get much, just a misdemeanor and maybe probation but i dont know... it's in maryland when i got caught but i live in pa. do you know if they will just transfer everything to pa?
