I am still researching my options for root slime. Crossing my fingers I wont come to that crossing. But if I do I will have to speed up my research and quit wasting time making a decision and just jump in with one of the many suggestions out there... LOL.

Wow, beautiful shade of green. Looks sooo healthy, great job so far man.
Keep it up.

Thanks Everyone, I am just amazed with my first time grow and how well it is all going. Going shopping for my 600 w hps light in the next few days. Almost time to move them.

Subbed.... Looking good Grape.. Nice and bushy. Have you topped them as of yet? If not I would consider it or some other form of training. (LST, Scrog etc.). I'll be watching

I was talking with my hubs about topping them. I know I should, but I have never done it and I am a bit worried... LOL my hubby has done it before. I told him I didnt want to because they are already so bushy and I am trying to get them taller. But maybe I should top them. Going to go get my flower light this weekend and finish my flower room so it is ready. They smell so good. I am happy how they have grown so far. Today is 5 weeks. I will go take pictures of them and share today sometime.:thanks:

Yea I would definitely consider it... Try all the techniques on ur unknown seeds. If ur hesitant now, you'll be even more hesitant on expensive seeds. Lol you can do it.

Thanks for the encouragement. I will ask my hubby to participate with me tomorrow with trying different techniques. I changed the water and nutes today, every Friday morning. Got it down now and it goes fast. Getting ready to post pictures as soon as they finish uploading. Maybe you can suggest a technique and help me find it on youtube so I can watch a tutorial. There are so many out there... LOL

today I practiced topping and tried to FIM, I tried different methods on different plants. Guess I will wait and see how it goes. I forgot to take pictures, but will do that tomorrow and post them.

Its pretty simple to do really. When I first started I would aim for a fim, and if I took too much off I would still have properly topped it. With a little more experience in that department you really get the feel for where and how to cut and it become second hand to do.
