Athens - A 75-year-old grandmother was jailed for trading in narcotics in Athens Wednesday after she was found guilty of keeping the family drug business going following her son's arrest.
Acting on a tip-off, police discovered 750 grams of cannabis and electronic scales in the elderly woman's home.
Police said the woman was reported to have traded large quantities of cannabis to people within a wide radius of her home.
Authorities also arrested two men which were present when making the deal to purchase cannabis from the suspect.
The woman's son is serving a sentence for possessing and trading more than five kilos of cannabis.
