Grow Closet Setup

Here is a pic of my grow closet:

I just started flowering two weeks ago. They are 13-23". a mix of bag seed plants. anyways i currently have the light 4 feet from the plants (400 watt HPS) along with (2) 2' fluorescent on each side. Any suggestions on making this setup more efficient?

what's color floros ya' runnin'?
I keep mine short enough to never really need fill in in flower...
couple cull mother's I did and
just used 1warm white and 1cool white ratio
may have been better to run 2warm, ?

You can lower your hps. I keep mine 10'' from the tops of my plants. I have a air cooled hood so heat is not a problem. Just put your hand under your light and when its not cool to you anymore then set your light height.

upn smokes right i have the same light and i keep it between 6-12" from the cones, just make sure you got good air circulation between the 2 and your Gd 2 go

looks pretty good to me, is that a window behind the flouro's?

make sure you can get uninterrupted dark for that 12 hours.

how much was the hps and where'd you get it?
