grow tent problems

So I have a grow tent but I'm having a very hard time regulating the temperature in my tent. I have a 400 watt mh, I have a small fan at the bottom corner of the tent. My temp is usually reading 84-88 and sometimes 90 which I know is bad for the plants. I need some advice on how to lower my temp. I'll post pictures also.

Is the light in a cool tube? Or do you have a fan at least cooling the light and removing the heat out of the tent?

No I don't have a cool tube yet. I need one but at the moment I am poor, will it help that much?

yes, very much! Try running an air conditioner in the room where your tent is. That will help.
