Growing lights

I just bought new 1000-watt glowing lights upgraded from my 300 watt LED the only thing is this one as to switches Bloom in veg, can someone please fill me in on how the switches work when I'm supposed to turn them on when I'm supposed to turn them off which one's on which ones off this is my third grow and I don't want to mess this one up like the other ones LOL

I don't have one like that, but I'd hope the manuf would have some guidance

Usually one is a veg light, then the other is added for flower, I think

Hi Roy Flower, I don't know about their lights, but from our experience:
- During veg: turn veg or both switches on.
- During flowering: turn both switches on.
