Growth spurt stretch marks

Hi guys. I have a teenager with stretch marks on legs and back from incredible growth spurt. Do you have any experience seeing positive results from applying a cannabis cream on skin with stretch marks? No pain relief needed, there is no pain, it's just cosmetic changes he'd like.... make them go away. LOL Would it help to do just that, fade them away?
 
Although stretch marks won't really dissapear once the skin colagen and fibres tear unless you use laser or some other techniques... no matter if you use Cannabis oil or any other moisturizing substance. Once they appear because the skin was stretched by any reason, there's no coming back.

It has more to do with genetics or hormonal issues than actual skin moisture. :)
