A corrections officer was arrested this week on accusations he tried to smuggle tobacco and marijuana into Marion County Jail II for an inmate.
Durand Huggins, 27, faces a charge of illegal trafficking with an inmate.
Huggins was arrested Tuesday after he was caught trying to sneak marijuana and tobacco into the jail, where he worked as a guard, police said.
