Wassup 420 Peeps Its been well over a month since I've updated this journal, to be honest just lost interest of my journal. I wasn't getting the feedback i needed, due to lack of updates and information i didn't have. I decided to lay off the posting for a while and focus more on my grow until i made the switch to 12/12. I had a couple problems in the past with my baby's, and I managed to get things leveled out in my grow.
RECAP
I have a total of 5 plants growing in a finished room in my basement under a 600 watt hps , Strains: 2 Barney's Farm Critical Kush, 2 Humboldt Bubba's Gift And 1 Free Afghani from Herbies. The critical kush and afghani where vegged for about 6 weeks and the bubbas i vegged out for 4.5 weeks. Feeding fox farms nutrients line up. City water PH'd at 6.5. It's been a long, rough road. Found out the hard way with my criticals. They are very sensitive to the nutrients, had to flush like 5 times. The bubba's gift are looking amazing. They take on the nutrients quite well, as does the Afghan. More to come soon.......
12/12 Week#3 Flower Update
Bubba#1: Small but mighty standing at 3.5 feet. Started out to be the biggest of the 2, but did a complete 180.
Bubba#2: The big sister. Towering almost as tall as my wife. I would say about 4"5
Critical#1: She's been a stubborn little bitch shes the oldest out of the bunch about 4"4 would have been taller ill say 5"ft if i hadn't supper crop her a couple of time, She doesn't like nutrients at all, shes on the right side of critical#2.
Critical#2: Was a little easier to keep healthy she had similar problem as her big sister but seemed to take nutrients a lot better. Shes about 4"4 tall
Afghani#1: Really easy to grow you can pretty much throw anything at this plant and it will run with it, growing vigorously with real tight node spacing also nice smell, only negatives its seem to take a while to get going with flowering its way behind with budding formation compared to the others.

BEGINNING OF FLOWERING WEEK #4
Good morning!! 420 guys and gals hope everyone and there garden are doing well, here again with another update so lets jump right into it.
It's been 30 day since i first made the flip to 12/12. I feed with FF Big Bloom and Tiger Bloom ever other watering. I try to keep the Ph between 6.3-6.8, non feeding days they just get plain water and a little molasses. The room temps are sitting around 62-68 during nights and 72-81 during the day, humidity is usually 30 to 40% r/h The girls seems to love there environment some more then other.
The HSO Bubba's Gift are just thriving compared to Barney's Critical Kush. These plants has incredibly fast growth rate in veg and flower. My two B'Gs are almost 3 weeks behind the older Critical Kush and Afghani and has surpass them in bud production. Flowers are looking beautiful even starting to gets some purples and they smells just like berries. Defiantly would recommend y'all to try some HSO Bubba's Gift.

She smells super sweet with a twist of grape berries!!

This One has a more pungent skunk with a grape berry twist!!
"Barney's Farms Critical Kush" Was a little challenging for me during the middle of veg. I had issues with feeding and ph but all that stop once i got my meters. Still going light on nutrients she don't eat much. Shes starting to pick up more on bud production 3nd in line to finish.
BF Critical Kush#1&2
"Afghani" Looks super healthy but last in line with bud development but with a strong skunk lime smell she seem to be taking her good old time 4 week into flower and almost seem like its not making any progress. I don't know if its a user error or just the genetic of this plants. Anyone out there experience with Afghani who could enlighten me with info..

Hey Gutta,
Your plants are looking very nice! I just caught up on the journal and learned a bit about Critical Kush which I hope might help with my grow. Looking forward to seeing them get deeper into the flower cycle
