Half The Roots Broke When Transplanting

So I just transplanted my 2.5-3 month old, 130cm weed plant and while doing so half of the roots broke. The bottoms roots broke but the top ones stayed in mint condition. I transplated it in peat/turf
N-P-K 12-14-24 and now the question is should I be worried? Or what should I do.

Pretty big plant to be transplanting?
They are pretty tough it will take a bit of a blow but will likely recover IMO. Was it in bloom? If so the setback will not help.

Thanks for the reply!
I transplanted because the soil was ruined and mold was on the top of the soil. I removed it once but it came back and I think it was overwatered because the soil just stayed wet.

Sounds like you going to get some plant stress for a few weeks, kind of wilted look... but keep the plant well watered it should be fine given time for new roots to grow.
