Hard to grow?

I'm no expert, been growing about a year. Is NYPD hard to grow? I was told it was, and it does seem to giving me a hard time....

Hey Ten, thanks for responding...Im growing in soil, Foxfarm, inside and the two NYPD plants are under an LED light....they don't seem as 'big' as some others potted at the same time, sorta wimpy compared to some Kush & Swisss Cheeze...they were also a bit harder to clone...
