Harlequin sprout in trouble?

How long has she been that way??She’s kinda doubled over. Is she toast or will she pull her head out?
Give her 36 hours or so. If she doesn't you may have to help out. Most sprouts usually figure it out without our help.

She came up but looks a little stressed
I'm sure she is a little stressed. Just give her 24-36 hours and see how she looks then. Remember she is having to grow roots, so keep the humidity up at the top (leaves/branches). The top works just like roots at this stage. Roots should be moist but not wet (rockwool should not be sitting in water). Top should be humid (70-80% RH or a bottle over the plant). Temp should be 70-80 deg F.
