Harvest time?

Am attaching pics of white widow auto after 12 weeks since germination. The hairs on top of buds were white, but now changing to orange or pinkish. Is this an indication that the plant should be harvested? What other signs should tell me it’s time to harvest? Also, is flushing prior to harvest still a good idea? Thnx for looking!

You can flush if you want . I would , others say it’s witchcraft. You need a jewelers loupe to check trichomes to tell when harvest time is don’t go by hairs.
