Are Indoor Buds more Potent than Outdoor Buds or are they equal??

All equal IMO. Outdoor buds are usually bigger though.

Actually Ive read that outdoor is more potent, if grown properly..the magic of the sun

But that applies mostly to special areas around the world..
And in places like Hawaii, Oaxaca and landrace type areas the potency goes up even more I heard..
