Nothing cannabis related at present Hash. I'll start 2 BlueBerry and 2 Creme de la Chem in April. Sprouted a couple of tomato plants that I'll keep indoors 'till no more freezes. I treat them exactly like cannabis, including topping.

I let my seeds sit in the glass of water for 18 hours and they have now been in the moist paper towel for 24 and still no tap root? Is this normal ?

My seeds have germinated I think but my taproots are very curved , do you plant tap root point down? Or taproot down ? Please help

I plant the tap root down and the too of the seed just below the surface of the soil. Works great for me. Looks like we are underway!

Edit: I haven't seen this but I would do the point down

I personally would just do it now on the ones with taproot. I know some people have a specific length in mind but if I can see the taproot I pretty much plant mine.

Will do dankman , how long till the pop out of soil? I've only done one grow before and they were clones and photos so I have no clue what I got myself into

Couple days. Is the environment warm. If it's cold in the area it'll slow things down

Well I think my seeds popped up are they looking okay? The one shell is still on ? Do I just leave it? And the one seeds popped up near the edge of the pot even though I planted in the center? Any tips or advice is appreciated thanks in advance sincerely hash fart

Keep em damp. Put drop it few on the shell it'll soften it up. If it's there still in morning gently pluck it off. I like to get it wet and use a toothpick. Be gentle. Other than that just wait

I just leave it. It will fall off on it's own in a few days. Not looking to rush my seedlings till they stabilize on their own. Your last picture looks to have perfectly watered plants for seedlings.
The 2nd pic looks a little too wet for seedling roots.

Do you have a better light to put in once they start getting bigger ? You wont get much yield with a CFL. Even a cheap $50 LED will produce more than a CFL. Then again you could put about 10 of the 23 watt 6500K CFL's all around your plants & do OK.
