Leave it alone.
The only time defoliation is needed is if the leaves are so thick across the canopy that airflow is cut off.
As for "lollipoping" that's just trimming the bottom most leaves that will not get any light anyway because they are too far away from the light source and under a canopy of leaves.
The best thing you could do for those plants right now is transplant into 10+ gallon fabric pots.

I don't think those would fit in my little tent sure
Lollipoping removes the whole node, not just the fan leaf. Usually done on the bottom 2-5 nodes depending on your desired plant height
