Having issues with veins of the leaves disappearing and leaving holes

Help! Veins on my plants leaves are disappearing and yellow spots on one plant ... Had fungus gnats sprayed with neem oil and used DE food grade on top of soil but problems started before and continues after knats

2 reg fan up high pointing down

That's insect damage. Did you check the bottom of the leaves? You can usually see them there, or in the soil. You may have more pests than the gnats.

Treatment for insects should be continued for at least two weeks after you see the last one. They lay eggs in the soil or on the plant, and their offspring will come back worse than ever when they hatch.
 
I'll keep searching, i sprayed with neem oil 6 days ago does that get rid of them?

No. Several applications are needed. Use it as a foliar spray every two days for at least two weeks. It kills insects that feed on plants. One application will kill the adults, but you probably have larvae and eggs on or in the plant, and in the soil. These will grow to mature adults. You need to break their life cycle completely. All the eggs must hatch, and the pests will need to start feeding before the Neem oil can kill them off.
