Heisenherb's Coco Indoor Grow - 2016

Hello 420 Growers,

My name is Steve, I am 24 years old and growing my own supply of quality cannabis.

I am growing two strain's in Coco coir with added perlite and a few clay balls, i have 5 OG kush and 3 Blue Dream Haze in 16 liter air pruning pots that i will water once maby twice a day, i have a 3ftx3ft veg/clone tent with a 600 watt MH Light and a 5ftx5ft flower room with two 600 watt HPS lights with complete enviromental controls, I am using Canna coco coir plus and the canna coco nutrient line A+B with added Cal/Mag and a root stimulus since i am using RO water. I am going to keep my PH between 5.5 and 5.9 to make sure the plants get everything they need, All 8 plants are now in the veg room with 18 hours of light, 6 hours of darkness light cycle and are about 48 hours into veg, I will upload photos very soon to show you my progression.

I have not long finished my first soil organic grow that was a fail aswell as my first hydro grow, i failed the organic soil grow due to not understand how to solve nute lockout issues with organic soil mix that i used and hydro i had personal issues and had to discontinue that grow but im back and going to be better then ever, however from the organic soil grow one plant did really well with tricomb productions and i look forward to uploading some bud porn for you when my digital microscope gets here.(below are the photos from last grow)

Update - Veg room setup + Photo's

This is my Vegetative tent setup (3ft x 3ft) with a tape measure so you guys can see the distant from the lights also temperature and room humidity. I have recently put my 16 liter air pruning pots into my 20 liter buckets this is because they get narrow as then get to the bottom of the container and leaves a good amount of room to drain water and evenly saturate the medium. The old way for me wasnt working and very time consuming and was alot of work so i just wanted to simplify the process so i can drain once a week instead of everyday.

Comming up in the next update, names of each plant so we can follow each one from vegetative stage to flower.

Update - Day 6 Vegetative -Personal names for each plant

So we got Dr.Dogg, Dave, Dr.Dankrupt which are all Blue dream haze then we got Obsession, Octobud, Oscar, OMG and finally Obi-Bud-Kinobi and these are OG kush, these are personal names me and my friend have named these and not a new strain.

Update - Day 6 Vegetative- Nutrient schedual, PH, CF after and before!

This is my 80 liter reservoir filled up with 30 liter of RO water, I used 40ml of Canna Coco A+B, 15ml Cal+Mag, 6ml of Katana roots, this brought my PH down to 5.7 with no adjustment needed and CF to about 8, however when i was clearing out my run off and i tested the PH+CF, this is what they tested (PH in 5.9 - PH out 6.3) (CF in 7 - CF out 12) I dont know if this is good new or bad news so any advice would be greatly appricated.

Are they feminized seeds? Don't want to jinx anything but those are boys names. Lol. Not like It matters. They are all good names. I like your grow toys, I need to get myself a tds meter. And Ph pen. Makes feeding a little quicker I'm sure.

Edit : I have no hydro experience but I've heard coco is very close.

Hey man,

I wouldnt say it makes it quicker but its essential if you plan to grow hydroponically due to there being no buffer in coco and knowing the strength or PPM equivalent, yeah they are all feminized seeds, boy names girl names its all good .

Have you grown hydroponically before?

Update - Topping Fimming yay or nay - Day 9

So i know i need to start topping soon to have more colas but the question is when would be the earliest or latest you can use these techniques, here are a few photos of each plant and there internode structures.

Generally for photoperiods you wait till you have 5 nodes then you cut it above the 3rd node. Trying to f8nd a thread for you but no luck. I'll. Keep looking.
