Help! Anyone any ideas what this is and what treatment?

mites(many types), spider mites, aphids or fungus gnats , they all do that
Bayer makes a pyrethrum organic pesticide that will take care of the bugs .
Look for bug eggs or flying ones or larvae , you'll have more kill options if you know exactly what you must kill.

Yeah sadly looks like u have spider mites. treat it now..right now
Looks like thrips to me. Mites leave a needle point bite mark on leaves
Check the underside of leaves, post pics if possible.

Thanks! Yea pretty sure it's thrips now. Going to go get a organic soap today and see how that goes I cut off all the infected leaves I could see so hope it slows it down a good bit and the wash gets rid of them
