Help - Aphid infestation

Hi...first timer here, growing two autoflowers. I had to hand over my babies to a friend for a couple weeks due to company over and I got them back tonight. BAM...aphid infestation, fk me.

First of all the first pic is the size of my runt and that bud as is is 17grams, but it has aphids all over it as you can see as the white and black dots. The leaf picture will show you how bad it is. Can I just soak my bud in water and shake it to wash the aphids away and still safely smoke this?

The next set of pictures are my other plant that is much bigger. It only has some minor aphids on it.....SHOULD I just cut this one down now and call it a day?

I'm considering steaming my infested bud and then drying it for 5 minutes in the oven or just using the oven for some dry heat possibly, I just did a test run and it killed all the critters once I look under 30x scope.

ouch !!! you can wash the buds , there is a link here some where but to speed things up , go to google or youtube and type in bud washing , be quick
